• Our policy lasts 10 days after date of purchase. If 10 days have gone by from the day your item(s) were purchased, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange. All returns and exchanges MUST have an RA# created. RA#s should be written on the outside of the package, if possible, please print the approval email and send it with the package. Customer is responsible for payment of return shipment. - If you do not submit a return application, your item will be sent back to you without being inspected. • If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you. Reasons for denial including but not limited to: - Signs of washing - Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc - Excessive animal/human hair - Signs of wear (stains, smell, etc) • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
